Board and Staff Training

Many Nonprofits are finding it difficult to recruit an optimum mix of board members. Board service is also often misunderstood, especially when fundraising is proposed. The result is sub-optimization of a board’s potential in leading and financing the organization. We work with clients to establish a culture of philanthropy followed by assistance in recruitment and specialized training of board and top leaderships in the Ten Strategies for Significant Success. Having worked with hundreds of boards, our training is finely honed and focused on the needs and culture of the entity.

Not a one-time session, training comprises a series of learning segments that may take up to a year. Additional staff leadership training is available in grants, planned giving, membership, telephone solicitation, direct mail, and digital, social media, crowd-funding and mobile fundraising.
